After completing my studies at the Technical University of Braunschweig in Germany, I moved to Switzerland. With Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), Alstom, and General Electric (GE), I gained broad experience in the Gas Turbine Service Business. This extensive experience included numerous assignments as a Subject Matter Expert as well as a People Leader in the functions of Engineering, Research and Development, Expert Development, Quality Management, and Business Improvement. These roles allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the industry, build a diverse skill set, and contribute to various meaningful projects.
Throughout my professional journey, I have been involved in innovative engineering projects, cutting-edge research, and the development of strategies aimed at improving quality and efficiency. My leadership roles have refined my ability to guide teams toward achieving business goals and implementing continuous improvement practices. My expertise in the Gas Turbine Service Business has been recognized through various assignments that have further solidified my knowledge and capabilities in this specialized field.
Currently, I am working with the Swiss Association of Gas and Water as a Subject Matter Expert for Gas and Health & Labour Safety. In this role, I am responsible for providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. My work involves collaborating with professionals across the industry to enhance safety protocols and promote best practices. This position allows me to leverage my extensive background and contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of safety and quality standards within the gas industry.
